MOTHER PRIDE BLOCK PARTY 

General Terms & Conditions:

1. By purchasing or accepting a ticket to Mother Pride Block Party, you are accepting the following terms & conditions. 

  • Right of admission reserved.

  • Anti-social or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. You risk ejection from the event without a refund. 

  • By attending Mother Pride Block Party, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Mother. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.

  • You may be searched upon entry to the Block Party.  Anyone found carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival.

 

2. The following items are not permitted at Mother Pride Block Party.

  • Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are not allowed.

  • Glass

  • Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed.

  • Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon is not allowed.

  • Flag Poles are not allowed.

  • Garden Furniture in any form is not allowed.

  • Laser Pens are not allowed.

  • Professional photographic equipment is not allowed. (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses)

  • Selfie Sticks are not allowed.

  • Drones are not allowed.

  • Umbrellas are not allowed.

  • Spray canisters / Smoke Bombs / Gas canisters are not allowed.

  • Megaphones are not allowed.

3. No trading allowed onsite without the Promoters prior consent.

4. No unauthorised vehicles will be allowed on site. 

5. Your safety is of utmost important to us. On rare occasions we may have to close arenas and/or stages. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity, or to ensure the safety and security of guests.

6. Mother Pride Block Party accept no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside of our control. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.

7. No animals/pets are allowed onsite. If you require a guide dog please contact us directly. 

8. Strobe lighting and lasers may be used at the Block Party. 

9. Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.

10. There will be no parking on site. Please use public transport.

11. Please be aware that the event is outdoors. We have no control over the weather, so you are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to the festival. 

21. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. The Promoters are not liable for the payment of any compensation or loss of money and/or expenses incurred.

 

Age Policy:

1. Mother Pride Block Party is an over 18’s event. 

2. Driving Licence / Passport / Gardai Card are all acceptable forms of identification

3. Anyone who appears under 21yrs may be asked for ID to enter the festival

4. Anyone who appears under 21yrs may be asked for ID if purchasing alcohol.

 

Ticket Information - Conditions of sale:

1. Tickets may only be purchased from us via the Official Ticketing Agent or through any other sale or transfer mechanism authorised in writing by us. Tickets purchased or obtained from any other source shall be void and may be seized or cancelled without refund or compensation.

2. There are no refunds other than the cancellation of the festival. 

3. The festival and promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets. You are responsible for your wristband once you exchange your ticket for it. Damaged or tampered wristbands will be refused entry into the Block Party.

4. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotions (commercial or non-commercial) without the prior written consent of Mother Pride Block Party.

5. We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of the event or other details governed by any Ticket in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (without limitation), force majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from any Authorised Person or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration, neither we nor the Official Ticketing Agent will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.

TIcket Competitions 

Please note that tickets for any Mother Pride Block Party may not be used for any competitions without the written consent from Mother. Please be aware that winners of unauthorised competitions can be refused entry to the event. Any ticket transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the site. Mother accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for unauthorised competitions including the information published and the prizes issued in respect of any events.

Any official competitions run by Mother Pride Block Party- Winners are randomly chosen from competition entries, the winner will be contacted directly by the festival, no personal information will be requested publicly on any form of social media platform.
